01Is the price final before I order?
Custom pieces are quoted after dimensions, stone selection, edge profile and delivery details are confirmed. Online products display the current checkout price.
02Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. We arrange delivery and installation for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other Emirates.
03When will my order be delivered?
The workshop confirms delivery timing and installation based on your address and selected piece. Contact us if you need help coordinating a delivery.
04Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes. Use Design a custom table or send room measurements and the stone you want.
05What payment methods are available?
Shopify checkout supports major cards, Apple Pay and the payment methods enabled on the store.
06How are VAT and delivery charges shown?
The cart shows the VAT amount separately. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
